These terms apply when you use esimmentor.com (“eSIM Mentor”, “we”, “us”). The site is run by HY ULTRA LTD, a company based in the United Kingdom. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What eSIM Mentor is

eSIM Mentor is a free information site. We compare travel eSIM plans, explain how eSIMs work and list deals. We don’t sell eSIMs. When you buy, you buy directly from the provider, under the provider’s own terms, prices and refund policy.

2. Prices, plans and coupons

We show prices and plan details as they appeared on each provider’s website on the date shown next to them. Providers can change prices, plans, coverage and coupon terms at any time, so the provider’s checkout is always the final word. Coupon codes are listed only after we have checked them, but a provider can end a code without notice.

3. Affiliate links

Many links to providers are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how this works and how we keep our ratings independent.

4. No guarantee

We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that it is complete, error-free or right for your situation. Check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked, and read the provider’s terms, before you buy. The site is provided “as is”.

5. Limits of our responsibility

We are not responsible for a provider’s service, coverage, speed, billing or customer support, or for any loss that comes from relying on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded.

6. Using the site

You may read, share and link to our pages. Please don’t copy large parts of the site, scrape our plan data, use automated tools that overload the site, or try to break its security.

7. Our content

The text, design, logo and data on eSIM Mentor belong to us unless stated otherwise. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

8. Links to other websites

We link to provider websites and other sources. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what data we handle and why.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the European Union or another country with mandatory consumer rules, you keep the protection of those rules and can use the courts of your country.
