- Something looks wrong: a price that has changed, a code that no longer works, a broken link or a mistake in a guide. Tell us the page and what you saw, and we’ll check and fix it.
- Questions about the site, our data or how we rate providers.
- eSIM providers who want their plans listed. We list a provider once we can check its prices on its own website. Being listed is free and doesn’t depend on an affiliate deal.
- Partnerships and media requests.
- Privacy requests, such as a copy or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy.
Problem with an eSIM you bought? We don’t sell eSIMs, so we can’t see your order or refund it. Contact the provider you bought from: their support team can help with activation, top-ups and refunds.
